"Some 20 years ago, when I set out to form the organization, my ultimate vision was for HHCS to be a preferred provider of services and supports to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and their families; and to be a preferred employer for persons seeking a career in the field of Human Services.

Today I can say that we have made great progress in achieving that vision. Over the past 20 years HHCS has developed services and supports that have helped people with intellectual and developmental disabilities attain greater independence and have improved the quality of life for countless individuals and their families. Likewise, our transparent and supportive workplace culture, comprehensive benefits, competitive salaries and a track record of internal staff development, has resulted in career growth opportunities for many HHCS employees over the years.
Subsequently, I am proud of what we have achieved to date. As I look back on the many challenges we faced together, I can say it was all well worth every moment of struggle."
